About Richard F. Sperling An experienced mediator and litigator since 1977, Mr. Sperling’s practice is devoted to helping his clients achieve their goals with a minimum of expense and conflict. Richard’s practice emphasizes family law, business and real estate transactions, and probate and estate matters. He is Vice-President of the Southern California Coalition for Collaborative Law (lawyers, judges, and therapists dedicated to mediated solutions of legal matters). A professor of law, Mr. Sperling teaches family law at the law school level (So. Cal. Inst. of Law, Ventura) and business law at California State University Northridge. He welcomes telephone inquiries, and 'no-fee' initial consultations are available.
